A little bit about us

Our daughter Sutton will be 5 months old the end of January and we're looking for someone to start caring for her when my (mom) leave is over! My husband and I are looking for a full-time live out nanny who is fun-loving and who will be comfortable and will feel at-home in our family. We have three super affectionate pets (2 dogs and a cat), and mom will be working from home (we will arrange an entirely separate working space for mom so you have the rest of the house to yourself with the baby!). The hours will be 7:30 am - 5 pm (some days 5:30 pm, but not often). We are moving to the Mechanicsburg/Camp Hill area early January!

We'd love to help you arrange some fun activities, memberships and outings during the week to keep you and Sutton having fun. We can get you enrolled in some baby and me classes, or arrange for "field trips" during the week if you want to get out to explore. We're also open to having other caregivers/nannies and their kids over for group play or playdates if you have caregiver friends or want to join a nanny group.

Hours: 8:00AM-6:00PM
Days: M-F
Start: 9/16/24

Benefits: 1 week paid summer vacation; paid time off for major holidays.

Hello! Our family is looking for a dedicated, experienced nanny to care for our 3-month-old baby girl. Our ideal candidate will provide a nurturing environment, ensuring our daughter’s safety and well-being while supporting our family’s needs. We expect our nanny to engage in age-appropriate developmental activities, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate openly with us about the baby's progress. Some of the responsibilities we're looking to have fulfilled include the following:

* Infant Care: Provide attentive care for our 3-month-old, including feeding (bottle and, when appropriate, introducing solids), diaper changes, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule. * Developmental Stimulation: Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote developmental milestones, including tummy time, sensory play, and reading.
*Health and Safety: Monitor and manage the baby's health and hygiene, including maintaining cleanliness of feeding bottles and toys, and recognizing any signs of illness. *Routine Management: Follow the established daily routine for naps, feedings, and activities while being adaptable to the baby’s evolving needs.
* Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding the baby's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Provide daily updates on activities, feeding, and sleeping.
* Light Household Tasks: Assist with baby-related tasks such as preparing bottles, cleaning up after feedings, and organizing baby’s belongings.
* Date Night: Able to do babysitting for date nights, a plus; will be compensated separately.
* Travel: Willing to travel with us is a plus!

If you are a compassionate, experienced nanny who is passionate about infant care, we would love to hear from you. Thank you for considering this opportunity to become a part of our family. We look forward to finding the perfect fit for our little one!
