A little bit about us

Night nanny needed in Forest Hills. My wife and I just welcomed our first baby into this world, and we’re looking for some help a couple nights a week to feed/soothe/change our daughter, Charlotte, as needed. Happy to discuss other nights, but we are looking for help 3 nights a week with a time range of 12am-6am each night. We were thinking MWF, but as mentioned we can work around a schedule as long as we can maintain that 3 night consistency most weeks. This position should run through at least November, and we will definitely consider extension of services depending on if it makes sense for us (that will be the time Charlotte begins Daycare). As a heads up, we have a big fur family that includes 3 cats and 2 dogs - the dogs think they’re cats (both small dogs) and the cats think they’re dogs. All very pleasant, but our oldest cat, Mabel, does enjoy her peace (youngest cat Polly doesn’t understand the term).

Final notes, our expectations of duties include taking care of Charlotte. Outside of that if you’d like to take on other duties to pass time that would be perfectly fine, but I do usually stay pretty well ahead of most chores.

A little bit about us

We’re sadly losing our current nanny due to a move at the end of June. We have a very fun and silly 1.5 year old son and one very relaxed black lab dog. We’re in need of a nanny 4 days a week (Tuesday’s-Friday’s) generally between 8:30am-3:30pm/4:00pm. Our schedules are kind of flexible so some days could be longer or shorter than others but pretty consistently stay the same.

We are looking for someone who is fun loving, kind, energetic, wants to teach and experience new things with our son and have a blast. A non-smoker, someone who is ok with a dog, someone who has transportation (and ideally would be comfortable taking our son places like the library and places we have memberships to like the zoo, Children’s Museum, etc.). We are hoping for someone who wants to be with us long term and become part of our family!

Amiyah is quiet, smart and sassy at times. She is very responsible. Mekhi is pretty cool, and aware of what’s expected. Emani needs the most attention with play and direction. Weekdays may require pick up from school and daycare.

I need a reliable person to care for my kids like their own. Pick my one son up from school, help with daily tasks with my littles, and fill in the gap between me and my husband's work schedule. My kids are fun, energetic, loving, and always hungry. You also have to be comfy with pets cause we have 3 cats.
