A little bit about us
We are ironing out the exact details but we are looking to to pay $20/ hour for one baby 2 days a week in Gilbert ( near San tan village ) and $22/hour for two babies two days a week in Tempe ( near asu). Guaranteed 32 hours a week with Fridays off. Some potential for PTO and paid sick days.
We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke. Must be CPR certified and comfortable around pets.
We are hoping to find someone engaging and experienced taking care of multiple babies at once. We are looking for someone who is familiar with gentle parenting and who is willing to show proof of Covid vaccination and regularly get boosted. A parent working from home will be home 75% of the time at either home.
We have two large l dogs but we will have them in a separate space from the babies. We prefer someone who is familiar with Montessori childcare although that is not a requirement.

Our family is looking for a someone to start November/December. Need someone that is available Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday and occasionally on the weekends for a date night. We have a beautiful 1 year old baby boy. His father works from home and occasionally goes into the office. And I, his mother work 4, 10 hr shifts, off every Wednesday. Hours will start at 6:30AM and end approximately at 4:30-5:30PM. Someone with flexibility is a must.
Aside from the schedule, we’re an active family. We would love someone who is great with developmental activities, light food prep, tidying up and if needed, make an errand or two.
We also need someone who loves dogs. We have the sweetest miniature dachshund that is about 10lbs, loves to cuddle and just be around her humans.
Would love to interview and discuss more about the position. Thank you!

Our son is developmentally behind but with a great helper we would love to see him work on his skills and make gains! We would like for the nanny to work on his developmental goals, such as helping him practice communication, practice using his hands to grasp things, practice sitting and walking, practice his self feeding skills, and learn new things.
Our nanny will need to be able to pick our son up and be able to carry him. He does have a wheelchair but still needs picked up, therefore our nanny needs to be able to pick up 50 pounds.
We would love someone that is fun, cheerful, loving, reliable, attentive, patient and who connects well with children. Someone that will truly learn how to engage with our son even though he is non-verbal and interact with him so that he has fun learning new skills. Caring for our son is priority and the most important responsibility our nanny will have.
