We’re looking for a kind, patient, dependable, and energetic PCA to support our 10-year-old daughter!
She is sweet, funny, outgoing, and has a BIG personality! She loves sports, lacrosse, playing outside, crafts, games, and staying busy. She has lots of energy and loves to have fun! 🥰
She has ADHD, Anxiety, Autism Level 1, Disruptive Behavior Disorder & Sensory Integrative Disorder so we’re looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and comfortable supporting a child with these needs. The right person will help with routines, organization, transitions, emotional regulation, redirection, and building independence.
🏑 Responsibilities may include:
• Helping with daily routines
• Keeping her on task and providing redirection
• Supporting emotional regulation and transitions
• Playing games, doing crafts, and keeping her engaged
• Helping with activities and sports
• Providing companionship and supervision
• Encouraging confidence and independence
We want someone who will treat her with kindness, patience, and respect and genuinely enjoys working with kids. PCA experience is a plus, but the right personality is most important! ❤️
📍 Location: Becker
🕐 Hours: M-F 6a-7:15a or 6:45a-7:45a & 4p-7:30p (min 3 days a week) & one weekend day/evening a week hours are flexible.
💰 Pay: $20/hr. Paid through MRCI
