Must have a positive, growth mindset approach and help him build confidence in his skills. Ideally proficient in written English since he is working on reading, writing, and spelling in schoolwork.

The ideal candidate should love children, have a college degree, be able to assist with homework and engage the kids intellectually, love reading, and have a lot of energy to play.
The kids are super active and love sports. They will also have after school activities and we need someone that can help get them from place to place and host playdates. We would also like someone who can help with light housework to keep us organized (particularly while the kids are at their activities). Prefer someone who can help with light housekeeping and meal preparation. Bonus for Spanish-speaking.
We are looking for someone to work 20 hours a week so some flexibility.
