My husband and I both work from home but need someone to care for our daughter in our home while we work. my office is upstairs and his is in the basement. We are hoping to find someone who will be available at least through June. We can also potentially expand hours if needed to include Wednesday afternoons 12:30pm - 4:30pm.
She attends preschool 3 days a week. We'd like for someone to be able to pick her up from preschool at 12:50 on Monday and Tuesday and drive back to our home. My mother watches her Wednesdays and Thursdays.
We are looking for someone who understands and shares our gentle attachment style parenting approach and respects children of all ages. We'd love to find someone who know a bit about Montessori or Waldorf. We want someone who will get outside with her as much as possible, help assist her and lead her in hands on activities (crafts, painting, reading, dancing/music, imagination play) and minimize screen time- though we don't outright ban it.
Our daughter loves reading, singing, dancing, being outside in nature and has an incredible imagination. She is also very sensitive which we see as a gift. She's super active and loves to engage in any type of physical activity.
Please reach out if this is something that sounds like it could be a good fit!
Thanks,
Caroline
