A little bit about us

We own a private shared living home with 3 wonderful young women with mild developmental disabilities (late 20's/early 30's). 2 of the girls are higher functioning and need light supervision when at home, the 3rd needs some assistance with light personal care (dressing, bathing, etc.), but otherwise she is physically independent. The girls cannot cook on their own and will need assistance with tasks like laundry, etc.

We have a full-time live-in caregiver couple, but due to their schedules we are looking for:

A part-time nanny on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm to supervise and drive and drop off one resident to a local day program.

And/or

A live-in on occasional weekends from Fridays at 5pm to Sundays at 5pm. Two overnights required, no night care needed. Weekends are meant to be fun and relaxing. Caregiver chooses the weekends.

Must have own car and be willing to take one or all three ladies out in the community for activities/outings on weekends.

A little bit about us

We currently have a sitter that we use periodically but we need someone who has availability earlier in the day. Around noon for a couple of hours. We’d also like someone who’s available in the evenings (late) for date nights maybe twice a month. We like to see movies so it will depend if there’s a good movie out 😂
Our two girls are ages 6 & 5.
Our oldest is non-verbal and has autism.
Our youngest is full of energy and personality.

To start out, I would be present in the home while you’re watching the girls. This will be best for everyone due to our oldest being non-verbal. I’ll be able to give you an idea of how things run, where the snacks are, what they like to do and so on.
Couple of side notes, we do have Nanny Cams. We are a fragrance free home (no perfume, please). We’re also a Christian family. If you’re interested you must be comfortable with all the above.
