Looking for a Nanny to help between the hours of 9am - 1pm on Mon, Thu, Fri. Would like to find someone who can help get my 16 month old on a better sleep schedule. She is in a pattern of not falling asleep until 2-3am and waking up at 1-2pm. She gets really fussy usually around midnight until she sleeps. I work during the week except on Tuesdays, and my wife watches after the little ones.
