A little bit about us

Mom has a chronic illness and cannot always look after grandson. Grandson is home-schooled and has sensory processing issues. Sweet little boy but has not learned boundaries with mom and overwhelms her easily. She has anxiety issues and panic attacks. Dad works behind home in workshop but can't spend too much time inside. Grandma works full-time and only helps in the evenings & weekends. Need help for mom Mon-Fri from 7am to 3pm. Want grandson to learn manners, do schoolwork, clean up after himself, and speak respectfully to mom. Limit screen time with TV and games so they are treats. He can sometimes hyperfocus on an activity and has to be reminded to stop and take a bathroom break. Used to getting his own snacks but does so too often and needs to limit so he can eat at mealtime. Enjoys normal boy activities. Often lonely since he is an only child.
