My sweet little girl will be joining us this September. I work a typical 8:30-4:15 job, my partner works 2-11. I’m probably looking for someone between 1-5 every day. So 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. A total of about 20 hours. We also have 3 small dogs that are part of the family, too. 🥰

A little bit about us

Looking for info.
We just moved here from out of state hence the lack of knolage on this question.
We have 2 kids school age (5-6) (6-7 next two months) and we are considering looking for a live in nanny/home care. They would have there own private room unfortunately right now shared bathroom free rent, utility’s,internet, food, washer dryer use the whole 9 yards.
Responsibility would be basic house cleaning kids laundry meal prep for the kids, dinner if we are stuck at work late, after scool care
And every other Sunday so we can have some adult time to go out with out the kids.
And then summer activity planning and care.
What would you concider a fair salary? I just don’t want to low ball any one when I start looking but I’m not trying to get the short end of the stick eather.
Thank you for any input
We will take the kids to school if there’s not a close buss stop but they would need picked up from the bus or school after.
All gas and finances involving agreed upon children activity’s will be covered!
