Our requirements for the nanny are:
1. Prior, recent nanny experience, specifically with boy toddlers.
2. Understands children and developmental needs.
3. Good driving record and clean background.
4. Attentive, nurturing and passionate about children.
5. CPR certification.
6. Responsible and tidy to help pick up and keep things in order.
7. Responsible and reliable to be able to show up on time, be engaged, present and positive interactions.
8. Playful, happy and willing to do things to help expand the boys knowledge.
9. Speaking Spanish or another language is desirable, but not required.
10. Resourceful and proactive.
11. Creative to do things around the house and in the area that are fun.
12. Active because the boys have a lot of energy.
13. Patient, compassionate and flexible when the boys do not get their way.
14. Prepare food for snacks, and lunch.
15. Might drive at times to the library, park, other kid friendly activities nearby.
Must speak well and read as the boys love stories.

Hi! We are looking for a Live-In House Cleaner & Nanny. We have two very active 7 year old twin boys in 1st grade, we live in a 4 bedroom hillside house in Phoenix, Arizona, which is about 15 min to downtown.
📋 Job Responsibilities
House Management (~15–25 hrs/week, $25/hr):
• Keep the home clean and organized
• Family laundry
• Run occasional errands
• Clean and turn over our vacation rental properties between guests (training provided. Will take most hours)
• Coordinate with vendors for home and rental needs
Childcare (~10–15 hrs/week, $15/hr):
• Help get the kids ready for school and drive them there and back
• Transport them to after-school activities
• Read them stories and put them to bed a couple nights a week
• Limit screen time and encourage creative play a few days a week
• Be a fun, consistent, and grounded presence in their lives
🏡 What We Provide
• A private room in our home (live-in required)
• Hourly pay:
• $25/hr for house/vacation rental tasks
• $15/hr for childcare
• Compensation for gas expense
🚗 What We’re Looking For
• A responsible, proactive person who genuinely loves working with kids
