We are a warm and close family with a 6 month old and 5 year old. My older daughter is in school and activities all day and is taken care of. I need help all day with my younger daughter aged 6 months. I will be returning to work in a month with a hybrid work schedule. I need someone for 8 to 9 hours a day all weekdays. I don’t need help on the weekends or evenings. Nanny should have ample experience with infants and babies and knowledgeable on setting sleep, and feeding schedules as agreed on with parents. Should be comfortable taking baby to classes an play dates.
