• Nurturing, attentive care throughout the day
• Supporting developmental milestones and age-appropriate learning
• Planning engaging, screen-free activities and outdoor time
• Attending scheduled playgroups and classes (music, movement, toddler enrichment, etc.)
• Maintaining established sleep routine
• Preparing healthy meals/snacks and cleaning up after meals
• Keeping play areas organized, safe, and developmentally appropriate
• Managing child’s laundry and bedding
• Monitoring/communicating supply needs (diapers, wipes, etc.)
