If a nanny share I would be willing to bring baby to another home to be watched. If nanny care at my house, we have a small very friendly 6 lb pup that will not require care. A little bit about us

We are looking for a full-time nanny for our sweet and smiley 4-month-old daughter starting as early as next week (Feb 22nd) in the Bella Vista/Queen Village neighborhood of Philadelphia. This position will be guaranteed 40 hours a week, with potential for overtime as needed (some later evenings and possible weekends on occasion). Mom is currently working from home, while Dad works in healthcare and has been fully vaccinated against COVID. Anticipated hours would be M-Th 8am-5pm with a half day on Fridays.

We are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience with infants, either in daycare or a full-time nanny placement, with appropriate references available. We ask that you take COVID precautions seriously and adhere to our family's safety measures. At this time, we are only considering nannies who do not require public transportation or rideshares. We are looking for someone able and reliable, as well as kind, active, and enthusiastic about infants and childcare. We are hoping for someone who will be warm and loving to our daughter during her early development.

Basic care at home would include play, baths, supervising naps, baby's meal preparation and feeding, as well as associated cleanup. We would love our nanny to be able to engage in enriching activities with our daughter and take her around the neighborhood, especially to local playgrounds and parks. Having a car or the ability to commute not using public transportation or ride shares is a plus. BLS certification is required and we will pay for reactivation if certification has lapsed. All candidates must be able to pass background checks.

We are offering an hourly rate of $20-25 depending on prior experience and willingness to assist in other household tasks in addition to child care, including light cleaning, laundry, and/or local errands. The anticipated duration of the position is 1 year. We will offer 5 paid sick days and 10 paid vacation days during this period, in addition to major holidays.
