Main thing we would look for would be Wed/Fridays probably, mostly babysitting help, maybe some general house help like dishes/laundry. We also have a 1.5yr old "runt of the litter" 65lb Goldendoodle Shadow and she would either be home or at daycare.

1. How many years have you worked as a full-time nanny?
2. How many total years have you worked in a full-time childcare role (including nannying, daycare, preschool, etc.)?
3. Have you ever been a House Manager, and are you comfortable with household tasks such as household laundry, dishes, tidying, organization, and errands? Have you ever done meal prep for a family?
4. Are you willing and available to work a split shift approximately 6:45–8:45am and [phone number hidden]pm, Monday–Thursday? Note that Wednesday can be a regular shift of 9-5pm
5. Do you have reliable transportation to consistently arrive on time for the morning shift?
Here’s a sample daily schedule so you can see what the rhythm of the day looks like:
Sample Schedule:
• 6:45–8:45am: Morning routine, breakfast, school prep, drop-off
• Break
• 12:00pm-2:30 pm: Household laundry, household dishes, tidy the house, errands, groceries, meal prep
• 2:30 pm-4:00 pm: Pick up kids
• 4:00-5:00 pm: Dinner with activities (coloring, backyard play after dinner)
• 5:00-6:00 pm: Light tidying, prep for next day, child bedtime routines (dress in pajamas, bath)
Please note, this is a 32-hour schedule. We have additional hours available for date nights and over nights.
There is about 2-3 hours of driving per day for school pickup and drop off. We supply the car.
