A little bit about us

We are looking for a nanny/nanny share with flexible hours for our daughter. She will be 3 months old. We need someone at our house while I’m sleeping (nightshirt nurse) 1-3 days a week, 8 hours a day. My schedule is variable every week so flexible hours are a must! I will still be available to feed her throughout the day but I need to be able to sleep. We do have two very sweet loving doggies, so must be ok with animals.

A little bit about us

We’re a down-to-earth, fun-loving family who is looking for a nanny to become a big part of our lives. We have a sweet little boy who is such a joy, and want to find someone to care for him like he was their own. We need help M-F, from 8a-430a and are looking for a nanny share. We are moving to Stonegate in Parker from San Diego. Nanny shares aren’t very popular in San Diego, so I’ve never done this before. Our monthly budget is $1400 and would love to find another family to partner with to find a great nanny in the Parker area.

A little bit about us

Starting some time in Nov I'm going to have weekly appointments. It would only be 3 hours once a week. From 11 to 2 or 12 to 3, something like that. It won't ever be past 4. I'd like someone who lives nearby Parker. $60 for the 3 hours.

If you're interested I'd like to take you out for a coffee or lunch with the baby to get to know you first.

I do have 2 dogs but you dont need to attend to them. May be hyper when you first arrive. The only thing I ask is to just let them out into the yard if they sit by the back door and let them back in.

My boy Maison is 4 months! He usually starts his nap around noon to one and can last for 30 mins to 2 and a half hours if you're lucky! He does get fussy when he's not being carried or eating. He loves to be played with and will fuss if left idle for too long.

Its only one day a week for a few hours and if I come home early I'll still pay you for the 3 hours. Great way to make a little extra cash if you're already sitting for a family. I'd love to just have someone to call too for when things come up. We are new to CO and Parker so we don't know anyone! My husband is working lots of hours doing a medical residency and I'm a SAHM

A little bit about us

We are first time parents to an awesome little boy named Graham. He is currently 2 months old and we are looking for a nanny starting in October.

We are interested in sharing with another family if that works for the nanny and the other family.

We would need care from 9am-4pm and you could have the 12-1pm lunch hour off, as I can come home and breastfeed Graham during that time. We are looking for help Mon-Thurs and possibly Fri. That’s still to be determined right now.

My husband is a middle school teacher, so you would have all school holidays off (following the Denver public school calendar).

I work for a non profit called Youth For Christ which is about 5 min from our house. We love our little boy and have heartache about going back to work full time but we know once we meet the right nanny that it will be good for Graham and our family.

Message me if your interested in discussing a nanny share or nannying for our family.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

A little bit about us

Hello! We are currently a family of three with a ~2 yr old boy and newborn boy expected in the next couple of weeks! Our general schedule is 8 AM to 2:30 or 3 PM on workdays. My husband begins work at 6 AM and is home between 2:30 and 3 PM most days. My schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 -4:30 PM. We are very interested in a nanny-sharing program because we place great value in our kids being able to interact with other kids, but also have the opportunity to engage in structured play. We are seeking a nanny who is enjoys spending time with our kids and can provide some additional secondary language-building opportunities. Up until now, our son has attended both a daycare center and an in-home daycare. While we were generally happy with the care at the daycare center, we are less pleased with the in-home daycare and looking to make a move. We elected the in-home daycare because of their reputation and availability (we recently moved to the area), but as mentioned previously, we believe a nanny would better serve our son's needs. We are hopeful to find parents who value the same, or similar, qualities in a nanny as we do!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Parker, CO

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Parker, CO

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Parker, CO? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
