A little bit about us
just moved to Tucson. We're venturing back to AZ from NM where we come from a small rural town with a lot of close family. As we prep for our move, we are hoping to find a great caregiver to help with our 6 (almost 7!) year old Abbie.
Abbie is a very intelligent little lady with a big personality. She loves music, dancing, theater and wants to find a sport or two to get involved with now that we're in Tucson. She loves to run and would be a good fit for a caregiver who doesn't mind being active and outdoors. I would prefer who we work with has the ability to drive or is familiar and comfortable with the public transit system.
At this point in time, we are flexible as far as schedule and duties. We work from home primarily and would use our Nanny to care for Abbie when we have busy work weeks, need a date night, etc. We have always had family nearby and so this move will take some adjustment for us and I would like to find one awesome caregiver to help us through the transition.
Because Abbie is an only child we are very intrigued by Nanny Sharing. We would like Abbie to be around other kids more and have different influences other than just her parents (a product of COVID). We are a traditional family with a very open mindset. We have friends from every walk of life and look forward to growing Abbie up to be a kind kid who respects others and understands cultural diversity.
It is worth noting we are very COVID careful and both parents fully vaccinated.
If I were to list some qualities of a caregiver we'd love to meet they would include someone who is: kind, outgoing, responsible, organized and OK with routines, respectful, fun, has a sense of humor and a level of maturity to know boundaries.
Let's chat!

We have 3 kids: Ember & Eden who are 4, and Emmory is 2. Eden was recently diagnosed with Austism Spectrum Disorder. She requires lots of attention and support. Someone experienced with ASD or other special needs would be preferred.
Ember & Emmory are in full-day daycare/preschool. Eden stays home for now until we can get therapy and/or school figured out.
We are currently looking for weekend care on Saturdays and the occasional Sunday afternoon. Also date nights out for mom & dad to get some alone time. We usually do this on Monday, sometimes Tuesday depending on schedules.
The right person will have a safe, reliable car, with space for three girls and car seats.
You would occasionally be making sure the kids get dinner, a bath, and tucked into bed as part of their nighttime routine. You’ll also make sure the house and tidy and free of toys and little messes so they can start the next day off fresh.
