A little bit about us
Timing: We'd love to start now. I'm on maternity leave until January, so the next few months are a chance to learn our routines together. Once I return to work, you'll care for both boys on your own during your scheduled mornings. I'll be working from home, but I'll be in meetings, so you'll be the primary caregiver.
Our schedule: I work at a tech company and on East Coast hours (early mornings) and travel about once a quarter. My husband works in sales across OC and LA and is in the field 2–3 times a week. Our core need is Tuesday–Friday mornings/early afternoons with occasional extra flexibility when I travel or have important meetings.
The role includes:
Caring for a toddler and an infant at the same time, juggling naps, bottles, and play
Engaging play, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities
Simple toddler meals and snacks, bottles, and diapering
Keeping consistent nap and feeding schedules
Light tidying of play areas, the kids' laundry, and occasional dishes
What matters most to us:
Punctuality: our workdays are planned around your arrival, so being on time every day is essential.
Independence: you can confidently run the day with two little ones without step-by-step direction, and you use good judgment.
Coachability: you're open to our routines and preferences and adjust easily when we give feedback.
Communication: you send quick updates and speak up early if something isn't working.
Commitment: we're looking for a long-term fit, ideally a year or more.
Experience caring for two children under three, especially including an infant, is a big plus.

We are moving to Murrieta in June when our son, Hunter, who turns 1 year old! He is very energetic, sweet, and curious, loves laughing, going outside, and music.
I'm looking for care from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and would love Hunter to be in a nanny-share. He was previously in a share with a 2-year-old boy, and we loved how much he was able to socialize and still get personal attention and help with his development.
Our perfect fit would be with another toddler around 1 year old. We do not mind hosting and would pay for memberships to zoos and museums and classes for extra enrichment.
We are a pet-friendly household and have an open backyard. I work from home full time and my husband commutes to the office Tuesday-Thursday.
Our ideal nanny would be kind, patient, energetic, and love to take Hunter on daily adventures.
