Interested in nanny share

A little bit about us

We are looking for a Nanny share starting early 2023 (January or February) for our sweet little girl (will be 1 year old at that time). Our priorities include developmentally appropriate engagement (talking, reading, music, building physical skills), safety, daily outside time/ time in nature, no screen time, some safe independent play, and good communication with the caregiver and other families. Our parenting style is a mix of RIE parenting, babywise method, and “Hunt, Gather, Parent” tools, if we had to categorize ourselves :) We believe a consistent routine and some structure are foundational to sleep habits, child confidence, and family happiness, and we want a family/nanny that shares the same philosophy.

We have 2 kitties and we love animals and are okay with another family with pets as long as safety and cleanliness is considered. We are also an environmentally conscious family and currently use a compost diaper service, open to share this service with other families if interested.

Ideal hours are M-F, 7:30-5:30pm, but off every other Friday. We are somewhat flexible on this timing as well. We are willing to host all or some of the time if interested in this.

Please let us know if you are interested!
