Charlotte and Kamryn are hilarious, fun little munchkins. The girls love making cookies, building forts, searching for "dino" bones in the mud and dress up dance parties. We believe muddy puddles and being silly together. We'd love to find a responsible, fun Nanny who wholeheartedly loves preschoolers and being present in the moment.
We have 80 acres to pick fruit & flowers, picnic, watch birds and wildlife.

A little bit about us
We're a family of three looking for full-time childcare in Sebastopol, Petaluma or in between. Dad works from home but sometimes has to travel and mom is a Labor and Delivery RN in Petaluma. We've all had our Covid vax and boosters. We have a 14 mo old baby girl with no special needs. We're easygoing and hoping to find someone that meshes well with us.
[Requirements]
We would like someone who is vaccinated, knows CPR and has experience with babies/toddlers.
[The Job]
Your responsibilities would include feeding, changing and engaging (play, talk, read, sing, go on walks) with our baby. We hope that while watching her there is minimal, or no, screen time. The ideal person for us, is someone who enjoys being outdoors with our child, will read books to her/engage with her and has knowledge about child development and nutrition.
[Schedule]
We are looking for availability all days of the week, but only need care 3-4 days per week. This is due to mom's schedule as a nurse which alternates from week to week (every other weekend is off). A typical schedule is Week 1 (Sa, Su, Wd, Th, Fr) | Week 2 (Mo, Tu, Wd) 7AM to 330PM. Ideally, mom would drop our child off prior to starting work and pick her up after.
Hoping we'll find someone to provide care in their home as we live with grandma who is immunocompromised. Hoping for a nanny share in Sebastopol or Petaluma.

A little bit about us
We’d like to build trust with someone potentially over the years, as we are a very tightly knit community and value consistent relationships.
We are screen free, we play lots of music, and we are doing our best to take care of our land and one another. As much as we can, we stay away from plastic and sugar, and live a pretty clean and wholesome life.
Our daughter is deeply social, a clear communicator, physically agile and she’s very kind and funny. She loves getting busy with lids, playdough, water, wagons, and jumping on the trampoline. She enjoys books especially with animals, and is beginning to really drop in to some solo play that is just beautiful. She’s not shy but she does take a little while to warm up to people. She responds more than anything to authenticity, and so do we.
We want to start Teya off with 2 days/ week for 3 or 4 hours in the afternoon. The other moms are on a similar schedule, but we wouldn’t be scheduling the kids together for a few months.
We have plenty of land and lots to explore without needing to drive anywhere.
The language is the most important piece for us, as well as sharing an affinity in our core values, but that we can only discover over time.
If this appeals to you reach out and we can talk more. Thanks!
