A little bit about us

I am a medical student and my wife works full time from home, I have two children and they are ages 2 and 1. Currently we are in the process of looking for personalized child care in the form of a nanny, we are looking for someone who can help us from the hours of 4:30 PM - 10 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, occasionally Fridays from 8 AM - 5 PM, we are very flexible and are willing to accommodate. Our 2 year old is in the process of being potty trained and is great at communicating his needs to use the restroom as long as he is made aware of his responsibility to tell adults when he has to go, our 1 year old is independent for the most part and does not require a bottle, they love being outdoors and enjoying the sun and playing in the grass. When discussing the expectations of the care giver our expectations are to interact with the kids, perhaps take them to the park or on a walk, help them decide what they'd like to eat, and reading to them. My wife is currently pregnant and we will need care for them when she is ready to give birth.
