Adams Belcher Nanny Position

Position: We are seeking a long-term nanny in Libertyville for one 8 month old baby boy.

Schedule: We are looking for someone who can work Monday, Tuesday, and one other weekday. 8AM-5PM. This job could become full-time later this year.

Start Date: Immediate.

Compensation: $22/hour. We use a payroll service. W-2 employment. Paid bank holidays (Though the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are available for you to work if you are available). 27 hours of annual PTO.

About the parents: Both parents work from home during the day, but have demanding jobs. We try to stay out of your way, but we are happy to answer questions.

Job Requirements:
-Love our child and be kind to him.
-Proactive and safety conscious.
-Must be punctual and have transportation;
-Must have references related to infant care;
-Must be vaccinated and boosted for COVID and willing to provide proof;
-Must pass a background check.

Job Preferences:
-Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Tagalog, Tamil, etc).
-Someone with a joyful spirit who can be fun and engaging with the child.
-Infant CPR/first aid certified.

Job Duties: General care for baby (Feeding, changing diapers, engagement, keeping a nap schedule, etc.), laundry for baby only, making baby food, making bottles and cleaning bottles, and straightening play areas. We have a housekeeper, so all chores are directly related to the baby. We do have two dogs (large breed), so please consider that when reaching out. Care for dogs is not required or expected.
