A little bit about us

Our daughter will be 1 in October. We are seeking a nanny or nanny share come the end of September. She has been exclusively breastfed and we’ve practiced attached parenting. While I’ve worked from home this past year, she has been carried by me for around 6 hours a day. We assume this will be a big transition. She is a big eater and loves to give affection. We are hoping to find a family or nanny who shares similar values (not practicing cry-it-out, enjoys the outdoors, and believes in attachment style caregiving). She recently became more mobile and is curious about everything within her vicinity. she has no known food allergies and has had no health issues. Her older brother goes to school in Northampton MA. And I work there as well, so we are also strongly considering finding a family or nanny in that vicinity. My work schedule is flexible but we are hoping to find something available 2.5 or 3 days a week (7:40-3:30 and 7:30-1:30). Again, this can be flexed. We would love a long term arrangement! There will be no additional responsibilities required of you at our home and I’ll prep her meals in advance. We do have a small, senior dog who sleeps most of the day and is let out 2x daily.
