Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Kansas City (Live-In If Possible) Ideal For College Students

Kansas City mom needs a part-time or live in nanny for daily daycare drop off/pickup between 6:30am-7:30 a.m. and 5:00pm-5:30 p.m. Would need you to arrive 30 mins before to help get ready for school and stay until I arrive at home.

If living in, you'd have a private 3rd floor with your own bathroom, enough living space for a bedroom/entertaining area and 2 closets. Our home is walking distance from UMKC and Rockhurst. As we only need you for drop off and pick up hrs, you're welcome to go to class or work another job between 8am-5:00 p.m.

You must have your own transportation. Must be very patient! Our little guy is very sweet but has some speech delays and is very particular. We're looking for someone who loves to play and will take kiddo to the park occasionally. We have a very friendly dog, so you must be comfortable with animals.

A little bit about us

Hello! We are a family in the Waldo area of Kansas City, Mo. We have a 13 month old girl and are expecting in September.

We're looking for someone to take care of our daughter during the day with flexible hours. I'm a stay at home mom expecting soon and need an extra set of hands to help take care of our daughter and do light housework.

Hours are full time 8am-5pm M-F

The main duties would include: taking her to activities, engaging in activities in home (Montessori based), hygiene, naptime, and meal time.

For housework it includes keeping the living areas tidied (kitchen, dining room, living room, and baby's room.. No bathroom or deep cleaning) and the majority of the needs for the baby include laundry and tiding up after her.

We are a pet friendly home, but am not asking for any pet care. They will likely hide anyway!

A little bit about us

I am a spiritual healer, Reiki Master, that has clients that I do home visits for. My days that I am available are consistent Monday through Friday but the times vary on clients availability. I have a well mannered little boy who is 3 years old named Aiden. My son is on the autism spectrum however, he has a schedule and does very well with it. I need someone who can maintain his schedule and also be here when I need to go to work. My son goes to ABA five days a week form 8 am to 4 pm some days you will be required to pick him up if I’m not able to do so definitely have to have your own vehicle. I am looking for somebody between 4 PM and midnight during the weekdays and one weekend a few hours here and there I would be between 35 and 40 hours a week on average. Aiden has high functioning autism. He’s starting to talk and a lot of people don’t even know or are surprised when I tell him he’s on the spectrum he’s very kind and sweet. I am looking someone to start right away. Contact me if you’re interested and can start ASAP.
