A little bit about us

Hello! We're looking for a 4-day per week (day off of your choice), 9-5 nanny for our baby, who will be born in February. We'll need this role to start in May 2026. (We know it's early to start looking!)

A little about us: we work in advertising and in public education in downtown Kansas City. Our home is in Brookside, right on the trolley trail! Our home is walkable to a couple of lovely parks, coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and French Custard (the best ice cream in KC!)

We're open to nanny sharing with another like-minded family. We like to keep a clean and organized home full of fun, music, and lots of books. Victor, my husband, is bilingual in Spanish, so having some Spanish skills is a huge plus. We also both work for family-friendly companies AND have family in town - so when illness or emergencies come up, we have lots of flexibility.

We have a dog and cat in the home who are extremely sweet and lazy. They would not a part of the daily responsibilities, unless bringing the dog on a walk is something you enjoy!

We are also able to provide a Nanny Pass at Woodside Health Club, so you can attend the pool any time if you'd like. We additionally have a private third floor flex space that can be entirely yours to use while nannying if it's of interest. It includes a sleeper sofa, TV, desk, mini fridge, bookshelves, and plenty of space to leave anything you might not want to haul back and forth.

We are so excited to become new parents and looking forward to meeting the right nanny to help us in this great adventure!

A little bit about us

Looking for a nanny that can watch my daughter every other Sunday for approximately 5 hours. We do have one large Anatolian Sheppard so being comfortable with dogs is a must. He is not intrusive and won't jump or lay on you, but can be rather shy till he warms up.

You would likely be putting her to bed which would include typical bath or shower, brushing teeth and hair, and reading a book.

My daughter can be very shy to new people but is quick to warm up so a trial run is necessary.

Otherwise Sunday evenings are typically very chill for us as we relax before the week starts. We may watch a Disney movie or two while we hang out and color, go on walks outside or play with bubbles.

Very friendly, social, sweet boy. Loves to play with other kids and animals. We work full time and just moved so we are overwhelmed with daily tasks. Would love someone with more energy than us to play with our toddler a few hours a week.

We have a 3 month old jolly little boy. He’s so far one of the easiest babies I’ve met! Looking for a possible babysitter for 3-5 hours one morning or afternoon a week (depending on my work schedule).

Duties for the job:
Stroller walks, feeding bottles, tummy time, putting down for naps. He sleeps 75% of the time right now.

I am in grad school and working part time out of the house. My husband works from home.
