-Brief description of what we are looking for in a nanny:
Experienced with young children (infants-toddlers). Qualities we value- caring, compassionate, reliable and on-time. Proactive and organized. Good communicator. Will engage in play/developmental activities. No screen time. Helping with pick up and drop off. Help with meal prep, laundry/ironing, housekeeping, errand running.
Need at least 2 solid references from previous/current families, must have driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle for transportation, and open to potential background check.
Non-smoker/vaper. CPR and First Aid certification.

We are looking for a live-in nanny for our 5 year old daughter. Our current nanny stayed with us for 2 years but have to move unfortunately. We expect the nanny to live with us in our 2 bed/2 bath apt from Monday 630am to Friday 7pm. Both parents are employed and will be away from 7am to 7pm on an average. Our daughter goes to school which is across the street from 830am-230pm. We expect the nanny to take good care of the kid, develop relationship and bonding, playful keeping her engaged. We also expect taking care of the house when the kid is in school. Everything is flexible, but our main priority is taking good care of the kid and developing a bond with her.
