A little bit about us

We are looking for a part time, LONG TERM energetic nanny/babysitter for Tuesday/Thursday nights from 5:30/6pm- 8:00/8:30 pm and Saturdays (or Sundays) from 8 am-2 pm. I am flexible on weekend times but do want help then. We are flexible on the days for the right person if needed. The job will primarily be for caring and playing with my very sweet almost 4 year old girl. Duties include playing with her, kids laundry bath time and meals, all while keeping the play areas clean. Possible school pick up and transportation to after school activities- the school is a 2 mile drive from our home. We have a son due in August so would like someone comfortable with caring for multiple children and has newborn infant experience so they can help me with both kids as needed eventually. Must be timely and have their own reliable transportation.
Ideally we would love someone who has the flexibility to spend the night or eventually travel with us (I travel frequently for business).
We pay based on experience and prefer to pay via payroll with taxes withheld once it is determined we have a fit.
English is required but we would love it if you can teach our daughter an additional language!
You must be willing to pass a background check and have several references. At least 2 years of experience working in childcare (outside of your own family) is preferred.
We have 2 cats and dog so you must be comfortable around indoor animals. You must be able to carry at least 40 pounds and comfortable up and down stairs.
We are located in west u.
An immediate start is not necessary - ideally for July- but hoping to find the right person! Please message me if you are interested and let’s set up a time to meet!

The primary difference being the number of hours you spend at your nanny job every week. For full-time nannies, there are options for live in nanny positions and live-out positions in Houston. Live-out positions are more common, but each family has their own set of needs that require different types of care, and live in nanny positions can be exactly what some families want.
