A little bit about us

I am seeking after-school care for a 5th grader in our home. He could be picked up at school or the bus stop for someone without a car (we live near a transit center). School pickup is 3:50 M, T, Th, F, and 2:20 on W and he would need care until about 7. He's pretty independent but needs some supervision and an occasional walk to the park or help getting something to eat. I am comfortable with someone who needs to bring their own child along but prefer no adult visitors while I am out. This would also work well for an older student who has their own afternoon homework. We have cats. Please be vaccinated and have an inclusive mindset.

Oct 2023: We have a pending hire for this position and are no longer actively searching. You're still welcome to apply in case I ever need to revisit or need backup care, but please don't take offense if I don't answer promptly.
