A little bit about us
Compensation: For Monday-Fri, expect to earn a minimum of $400 weekly. If that is acceptable, please continue reading!
We are a bilingual home and so we are really hoping to find a Spanish-speaker.
I work from home and my hours are somewhat variable, although the earliest we'd ask you to come is 7:45 am and the latest we'd ask you to stay is 5:00 pm, except a perhaps rare exception or if you are interested in also babysitting for us once a week. Please note, the hours below are an estimate but my mother takes both older kids on Thursdays from noon until Friday afternoon, which means Friday mornings would just be you and the 1.5 year old. May-August is going to busy at work for me which translates to more 3:30-4:30 end times. My husband works from home 95% of the time. We have 2 dogs, a vizsla (who stays in the office with my husband) and the 1.5 yo puppy (who stays with me or in her crate).
The light housekeeping is mainly tidying up after the kids after meals and making sure they clean and organize their toys.
We can set up a Google calendar or TimeTree or just share the hours with you via text, whatever seems mututally beneficial.
Punctuality, flexibility, and ability to provide a enriching experiences/activities a must.
Please message me if this seems reasonable! Thanks for your time!

A little bit about us
A little bit about us- We are a fun loving and large family in Crystal Lake. We have 4 energetic, social and lovable kiddos ages 7.5 and under and my husband and I both work from home.
What we’re looking for - Someone temporarily as our current nanny is out with an injury and need someone to fill in until she is back. We are looking for someone to watch our two toddlers during our work hours. Looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, punctual, great at keeping organized and above all, great with kids! The right candidate would be able to keep them busy, safe, prep and serve lunch and snacks, handle naps, keep the house tidy and look after the kids until we get off work. They would have experience caring for multiple children, great references, cpr certified, knowledgeable about child safety and be supportive of attachment parenting.
Days are flexible but times are a must. We would occasionally need more hours when there are doctors/dentists appointments and such.
Please feel free to reach out with questions! ☺️
