A little bit about us…

I’m a research scholar at Penn State and my husband is a manager at a Manufacturing company. We’re looking for a part-time nanny and housekeeper. We are expecting baby #3 in July of 2023, and we need temporary help for the next 6-7 months. Our oldest is 5 years, and our second is 2.5 years. We’re looking for somebody who can take care of household chores and help with childcare until approximately May 2023. The ideal candidate will have availability between 1-5pm 4-5 days a week, have a car and be dependable.

Household duties (1-3pm) include
> loading / unloading dishwasher
> laundry and folding clothes, using washer / dryer
> cutting vegetables and simple meal prep
> grocery shopping on select days
> basic upkeep cleaning
> thorough cleaning not part of responsibility. We have somebody who comes in every 2 weeks.

Childcare duties (3pm-5pm ) include
> assisting mom when tired
> supporting evening kids activities
> helping prep dinner with mom
> putting away kids backpacks toys etc.
> above household duties as time permits

If your car is driven for any grocery shopping or household tasks, we will reimburse you.

The childcare duties are required between 3pm-5pm, but we’re open to working with your availability on the household duties part. If you have classes, or other commitments, it can be moved around.

Friendly note: We do not want any children with you when you’re at work nannying for us.

A little bit about us…

My daughter was born in June 2022. She is a delightful baby who loves tummy time and learning from her mama. She also likes to take walks in her stroller with mom and dad on most days.

I'm the mama and looking for a nanny who can care for my daughter while my partner and I work from home. We both work for Penn State. I typically work from 8:30 am to 5 pm and would like to hire a nanny who can care for our daughter from 8 am until around 3:30 pm from Monday through Friday.

We also have a sweet cat, Charlie, who has been with us for over two years and is very friendly. During the day, Charlie usually sleeps by the window looking out over our deck.

Besides providing diaper changes, feedings, and playtime in the house or outside in one of the few mini parks we have in our neighborhood, it would be wonderful if our nanny can help with light laundry for our baby and cleaning up the nursery and the living room before the day is through.

A little bit about us…

We're expecting our daughter in November and would like someone to start as a nanny in January when she'll be about 2 months. We'll need help for full work days (8am-5pm), three days a week (Wed-Fri). We're hoping to find someone who could be her nanny for pretty much the whole calendar year 2024, until she is around 14 months and will start day care. Some light housekeeping/meal prep would also be helpful. We have a small dog who you would not be responsible for but ideally you'd be comfortable with!
