Schedule: 3 days/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday preferred, but flexible)
Location: State College
Compensation: $18–$23/hour (based on experience), 24 hours/week
Additional Hours: Occasional evening babysitting available

This is a wonderful opportunity for a warm and experienced nanny to support a sweet family as they navigate life with their first child! Their baby girl is 6 months old and full of personality—she’s sitting up independently, loves to sing, play, and spend time outdoors. She's social, curious, and on a great routine with three naps a day.
Mom works a hybrid schedule between home and an office, and Dad works remotely from a separate home office. The family is excited to welcome a nanny who brings both experience and heart into their home.
Ideal Candidate:
They’re seeking a compassionate, friendly, and collaborative nanny with a background in early childhood education and hands-on experience caring for infants. The family values communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Providing nurturing and attentive care for the baby throughout the day
Supporting developmental milestones through play, reading, and exploration
Bottle cleaning and sanitizing
Tidying up toys and baby areas
Occasional help with baby laundry
Occasional evening babysitting (date nights)
Qualifications:
3+ years of nanny experience with infants
Background in early childhood education preferred
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Vaccinated for Tdap, MMR, flu, and initial COVID vaccine
Dog-friendly
Valid driver’s license and reliable car
Compassionate, friendly, and team-oriented
