A little bit about us

Hello, we have a 1 year old daughter, and we'd like her to get to spend time with another child or two around her age. I work from home and would like to invite a nanny who cares for another toddler to come to our house so the children can play together under the nanny's care. Good times for playdates would be between about 11:30am-1:30pm or about 3:30-5:30pm most days, and we'd be looking to start with one playdate per week, then potentially twice a week, I'm flexible about which days of the week. We have a gated baby-safe play area in our living room big enough for two young toddlers to play together. I'd like to get tasks done around the house or run quick errands during the playdate. I'd like our 1 year old to have to chance to get to know another caregiver and another child around her age or potentially an older toddler as well. I'd aim to have our daughter dressed and fed and ready to play when the nanny and playdate friend arrived, so that most the time can be spent playing. Our daughter will be ready to nap around 1:30 / 2pm after the playdate, and for a later playdate, we'd start getting her ready for bed (dinner, bath, etc) around 6pm. Our daughter has one friend in the neighborhood who is 3 months younger than her, and she sees him about once a week to play, so we'd love her to get to meet another friend and caregiver as well to expand her circle of trust and relationships as she grows and learns. Please let me know what questions we can answer, and thank you!
