My wife Kate and I are looking for a nanny for our 6 month old daughter Emilia.
We would need need a nanny to cover M-F from 9am - 5pm.
We would ideally be looking for a nanny share.

Schedule has some flexibility:
During school
- 3 days 7:30 Start - 6PM
- 2 days 11 Start - 6PM
When school is out:
8-6 five days/week
We're looking for someone with the following qualities:
• Self-Starter
• Active, willing to kick a soccer ball around, run races and be silly with the kids
• Creative, can whip up an arts and crafts project with limited materials
• Child-minded, bringing age appropriate activities that focus on nurturing kind, respectful & curious human beings!
• Not afraid of cooking - we've got diet limitations and would love someone to help prepare delicious meals for our kids
• Comfortable setting boundaries and being an extension of mom and dad!
Strong communication skills
The Job:
• Organize age appropriate activities and educational games
• Prepare children’s meals and feed them
• Follow existing nap and eating routines, shift and modify as kids grow.
• Assist appropriately with bathing/showers - teach proper hygiene
• Teach children appropriate social behaviors, such as being respectful to each other and helping out with chores.
• Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities
• Light household cleaning, pertaining to children, including their laundry.
Work with parents to ensure children’s growth and social development

Two very loving kids with a lot of spunk. Oldest is very self sufficient but requires attention and has a pretty active calendar. She is in kindergarten and a girls scout. Youngest loves to eat, learn, and independently play. She needs someone to engage in activities while the oldest is in school.
Typical day is between 7-6 (10 hours in that time range) help to get kid ready for school or watch youngest while oldest is getting ready for school. Baby takes a two hour nap during the day and oldest gets out of school at 3. Summer would require taking kids to the country club on nice days and to camp for three weeks. Looking for someone to help maintain kids schedule, meal prepping, light house keeping, and errands since both kids will be in school in a year we will still want to keep the person on board but responsibilities with the home may increase.
