Meals will be prepped for you, all you'll have to do is warm them up. Both of our kids do still nap so you will have at least an hour if not more of down time during the days while they sleep. Light house cleaning- mainly just reminding them to pick up toys and helping them with that task.

About the kids & day: Our kids are close in age and follow a consistent daily routine. Naps overlap, and we prioritize calm, age-appropriate activities like outdoor play, reading, crafts, and music. We’re realistic about what caring for three young children involves and aim to set our nanny up for success.
Responsibilities:
• Engaging and supervising the children
• Preparing simple meals/snacks for the kids
• Diapering and potty support
• Light tidying related to the children
What we’re looking for:
• Experience with multiple young children
• Patient, dependable, and communicative
• Comfortable managing a busy but structured day
• CPR/First Aid a plus
• Occasional driving to school or therapy (mileage reimbursed or use of family car)
• Our two oldest will start full-day school in the fall, and we’d love to keep the position long-term with adjusted responsibilities and pay at that time.
Pay:
• Guaranteed hours
• Paid holidays/vacation negotiable
