About Us:
We are a loving family seeking a responsible, energetic, and experienced nanny to care for our high-energy, super-curious 16-month-old son. He thrives on engaging activities and positive communication, and we’re looking for someone who can help nurture his growth while discouraging whining and encouraging expressive communication.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive care, focusing on developmental and age-appropriate activities.
• Plan engaging, educational activities that encourage curiosity and exploration (no screen time).
• Maintain a consistent feeding, napping, and play schedule.
• Create a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Share daily updates about his activities, milestones, and any concerns.
• Be available for occasional evening care for date nights (preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with toddlers and excellent references.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Great with managing money (no pay advances).
• Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Compensation:
$28/hour.
