Our family is looking for the right person to become a long-term part of our lives beginning mid-October to early November.
This is a 40-hour/week hybrid position that combines caring for our two boys with helping keep our home running smoothly.
About our family:
🤍 Two sweet boys:
* 4 years old, who attends preschool two days a week
* 1 year old
Responsibilities include:
• Loving, engaging care for our boys
• Our 4-year-old attends preschool twice a week, so on those two days, care would primarily be for our 1-year-old
• Light housekeeping and tidying
• Organizing and helping keep the home running smoothly
• Meal prep for family dinners
• Running occasional errands
• Helping create a peaceful, organized home environment
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Reliable and dependable
✔️ CPR certified
✔️ Has 3+ years of childcare experience, including experience with infants
✔️ Has a clean driving record
✔️ Comfortable completing a background check
✔️ Warm, patient, nurturing, and gentle
✔️ Proactive and enjoys keeping a home organized
✔️ Loves engaging with children through play and learning
✔️ Shares our Christian values and would feel comfortable in a faith-centered home
✔️ Looking for a long-term position where they can truly become part of our family
Compensation + Benefits:
• $23–$25 per hour depending on experience
• 40 hours per week
• 1 week of paid PTO per year
• 6–8 paid holidays per year
• 5 paid sick/personal days per year
We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely loves children, takes pride in creating a calm and organized home, and is looking for a family to grow with for years to come.

Open to a nanny share if it can be in our house. Has to have drivers license and car for field trips which I would pay for.
My daughter is super low maintenance for a 14-month old. Looking for someone to be able to do activities with her while I work from home (single mom) and to do light cleaning if she’s napping during times of working. Spanish-speaking is a plus.
