We are seeking 1-2 families to join our existing nanny share, as one family will be transferring to preschool after 2 years in our share.
SEEKING: One to two families to join our nanny share.
PART TIME/FULL TIME: Full-time preferred but flexible
DAYS AND HOURS OF SHARE: M-F, 9am — 5pm (flexible)
OUR LOCATION: Arlington VA (Bluemont—Lacey Forest neighborhood)
NUMBER OF CHILDREN: 1-2
AGE OF CHILDREN: 2-4 years old
RATE: $19.30/hour per family for shared nanny service. $29/hour for individual care
START DATE: September 2026 (flexible)
ABOUT US:
Well-credentialed nanny (holds Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, completed coursework in Resources for Infant Educarers - RIE, certified in Pediatric First Aid/ CPR / AED) with 14 years of nannying experience.
Both parents are full-time remote workers. Non-smokers. We have a retired service dog (F/Golden Retriever) who loves kids. Our ideal family or families would have a child in the general age-range of our son, who is 2.5 years old. We are open to splitting care between our home and yours (non-smokers only please).
