A little bit about me

Over the last 12 years, it has been my enjoyment to come alongside families and give each child I care for age appropriate individualized care as best I can to help them develop their sense of self and strengths in all areas.

I personally try my best to create a safe space for every child I care for in order for them to learn more of who they are and navigate that. Communication is very important to me and I help each child learn to understand and communicate their needs as best they can at their age. I've found they do well with a balance of exploring outside, trying new activities and quieter activities like reading, drawing, etc. Individualized care tailored to each child's uniqueness is important!

If given the opportunity, I would love to get to know your family and see if it could be a great fit :)

Recent reference

"Natali was a Godsend to our family. I had to go back to work after maternity leave and hated the idea of leaving my baby in day care with strangers. We met Natali through a mutual friend and the connection she had with my daughter was instant. They truly love each other and it has given me such comfort and peace of mind when I leave the house each day knowing my daughter has Natali. Natali sings songs and plays music, reads stories, and is constantly next to our daughter wherever she goes. She does our daughter's laundry and washes the dishes. When the baby is sleeping, she'll dust or mop or vacuum, generally cleaning up around the house, which is so helpful. She was always on time, usually early, and very flexible if I had to work late. She uses public transportation, which I know makes her day very long, so if I did have to work late I would offer to drive her home. She's been a great blessing to us and we will miss her now that I get to stay home. Happy to share more info"
