We have two kids LJ who is three and Tripp is 15 months.
We are looking for a full time nanny, LJ goes to school/camp Tues-Thursday 9-1 so will mostly be time with Tripp.
We have a pool, so our preference is someone who is confident in the pool. When the kids are napping we'd like someone to do some light house work.

Not sure of exact start date just yet, however sometime around November-December.
