A little bit about us

I’m looking for a warm, engaging, and reliable individual to care for my active and imaginative 4-year-old son. He thrives on one-on-one attention, creative play, and hands-on learning. I work from home and am finding it hard this summer to give him the focused time he deserves during my workday, so I’m hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with little ones and creating a fun, nurturing environment. I may go into the office on the days you're here pending you're comfortable with that.

The ideal person would be:

Someone with a background in early childhood education, teaching, or child development.

Energetic, playful, and patient.

Passionate about fostering creativity, curiosity, and kindness.

Responsibilities include:

Engaging him in educational and imaginative activities (think crafts, games, books, outdoor play).

Preparing snacks or meals.

Creating a safe and loving atmosphere.

Helping with light household tasks related to him (e.g., tidying toys, washing his dishes, folding his laundry).

Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (I can be flexible on set days and times).

There may be opportunities for additional days or occasional early evenings if that works for your schedule.

Looking ahead:
In the fall, he attends a homeschool program and attends school on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We’ll adjust the schedule accordingly, but likely will still need ongoing support during the week.

If you’re an experienced caregiver who truly loves kids and is excited to help a little boy grow and thrive, I’d love to hear from you!

A little bit about us

We’re seeking a warm, reliable Spanish-speaking nanny for our two young daughters in Phoenix, about 10–13 hours/week on weekday afternoons. Our goal is natural Spanish immersion, so we’re looking for someone fluent who will speak Spanish with the girls during care (English for parent communication is fine).

This is not a tutoring role—we want learning through play, conversation, and daily activities. Duties include school pickup, driving to activities, engaging in play, crafts, reading, outings, and preparing simple snacks, all in Spanish.

We’d love someone creative who can incorporate Spanish through books, games, community outings, and everyday experiences.

Requirements: fluent Spanish, reliable transportation, safe driving record, childcare experience preferred, and a positive, engaging personality.

We’re looking for a consistent, long-term fit.

A little bit about us

Hi I am a single mom of a 10 y/o boy who is super energetic but can keep to himself and find things to keep him active. However, he does need prompting to get homework and chores done.

I am needing to transition into a career in truck driving. At this time I am not sure if I will be home weekly or more frequent but that is the goal for now.

I do have pets, 3 dogs (1 medium size and 2 smalls) and 2 cats all female animals. So nanny can't have any allergies. My son is in karate 3x/wk and swim 1x/wk. This may be subject to change though.

A little bit about us

I might be biased but he is the most adorable 1. 4 year old toddler. My husband is an ER physician and works away 3 days a week. I would need help during the day mainly, but perhaps the odd date night. Would love someone that can assist a couple of hours everyday. No pets, just an adorable baby boy! Please only apply if you are fully vaccinated

Interviewing for a Housekeeper Nanny Position in Phoenix, AZ

After talking to a few employers, you’ll be invited for a housekeeping nanny job interview. Here are a few housekeeping nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What qualities do you have that make you a good housekeeping nanny?
  • What do you enjoy about looking after a home?
  • How many years of experience do you have with house cleaning?

In a housekeeping nanny job interview, you’ll have the opportunity to provide your nanny references and ask any questions that you would like to know about them.
