We have a 4 month old and hoping to find a nanny for her to start when she’s 6 months but could be sooner. It’d be great to have someone about 20 hours a week Mon-Thurs for a few hours. I’m thinking 10-3 but again, we’re flexible here. Responsibilities would be taking care of the baby while I work, feeding her, playing with her etc. We also have a dog so if they’re a dog lover and willing to walk him occasionally we would be happy to pay extra for that. Same with housecleaning or meal prep - not necessary but would be happy to pay more if that’s something they offer.
