We are a young couple with a 2-month-old looking for a full-time nanny. Looking for someone who could come to our home in Orlando 2 days/week and also to our sons grandparents home in Longwood 2 days/ week. The 2 days/week in Orlando, babys dad will be working from home in an office. The 2 days/week in Longwood, babys mom will be working from a home office. There is plenty of room in both houses for a nanny and baby to play and hang out. We hope to find someone who has prior experience with newborns and young infants.
The days will never be on the weekend. During the week days the schedule will be rotating due to my husband's work schedule, and the times will usually vary a little.
It's probable that I'll be at the house but I'll be working so I'll need someone around to watch the baby so I can focus on work.

My husband and I are looking for a family to participate in a nanny share for our 4-month old son. We're looking for care 9-5pm, M-F (40 hrs per week). We live in the SODO/Conway area of Orlando and are looking for a family that lives nearby to share hours with. The ideal family will live in the general vicinity and will be able to share ~20 hours a week. We're looking for at least a 1-year commitment to the nanny share. We're aiming for a start date in May of 2026. I work from home full-time and my husband works from home 2-days a week. We also have a 5-yr old retriever/lab rescue pup.
We participated in a nanny share with our older son for 3 years and found it to be very rewarding, and are eager to do the same for our younger son.
