We have a 13 year old, who is quite responsible and can do many things on her own. We need someone to make sure that she stays on the routine schedule and get her homework done. We have another daughter at 8 months old, who is an avid explorer and loves to roam and play. We will need to have the children dropped off and picked up from school and or activities, fed prepped foods, and sticking to a schedule. We also have 2 dogs so we want someone who is ok with them but don't need to do anything with the dogs.

We are new parents to a 9-month-old baby boy! Our family is looking for a nanny who will love and care for our son in our home. The nanny must have several qualities, like being honest, caring, reliable, empathetic, trustworthy, and overall have our baby's best interest. We would love to hire a nanny who has experience with taking care of an infant going into a toddler, with age-appropriate developmental skills and activities that will help our son's growth and development (reading books, giving baby morning bath, baby naps, feeding, play time etc.), who can be active and enjoys walks in nature and who is flexible. The position pays 25 hours per week M-F. The nanny will watch our baby in our home while mom works from the home office. Light housekeeping while the baby naps/nurses. We have an easy and giant sized 4-month-old that needs care while we work from home. We'd like someone who knows infant CPR and would love a Spanish speaker. We have a small dog that would need to be let out in the backyard several times a day. We'd prefer our nanny to put dishes in the dishwasher and wipe the countertops as they're used. We'd also like them to do the baby's laundry and keep their room tidy.
