Looking for someone who can help me with my kids and house. I have a 7 month old girl and a 4 year old boy. I'm looking to find someone who can clean and cook, but also watch the baby when needed. My four year old is in school most of the time so it would mostly just be help with the baby in regards to childcare. It would be great if they cold run errands like going to the grocery store and dry cleaner or picking my son up from school on occasion if I'm tied up. Ideally I'm hoping to find someone who can essentially become a part of our family and jump in and help out in whether its with the kids or house. Schedule is somewhat flexible but we are looking for 30-40 hrs a week position. In the past we have found it successful to have at least one weekend day where we have help so I would like to have someone who can commit to either a saturday or sunday.

A little bit about us

Hello! Our family is in search of a long term nanny for our daughters. The position is currently to care for our 18 month old and 3.5 year old daughters on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8am-4pm. Our 5 year old daughter will also be home during summer break and other school holidays. We are looking for a nanny who is comfortable with the daily routine of taking care of young children. This includes feeding, changing diapers, and MOST importantly, engaging with them and playing with them with joy and passion. We don’t use screen time at all so our nanny needs to be creative and must enjoy actually playing with kids. We like to go on walks, go to the park, play with dolls, read books, do arts and crafts and dance and sing. Overall, we want our nanny to truly love taking care of young kids and not to think of this as just a paycheck. We are looking for that personal connection. Of course it is also important for our nanny to be coachable, be good at following instructions, be dependable and punctual. If you are interested, please let me know! Thanks!
