**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Mother's Helper / Household Assistant to assist with both childcare and household tasks. Our kids are older, so the focus is not on engaging in activities with them but rather on providing support with their daily routines and helping manage household chores.
**Responsibilities:**
- Morning Schedule (starting at 6:30 am):
- Prepare breakfast.
- Unload the dishwasher.
- Drive our daughter to school.
- Additional morning tasks as needed (end time can be flexible).
- Afternoon Schedule (2 pm - 7 pm, Mon to Fri):
- Pick up kids from school.
- Drive kids to their activities.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Handle laundry and light cleaning.
- Load/unload the dishwasher.
- Help with dinner prep and cleanup(kitchen floor vacuum&mop).
**Requirements:**
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Experience with household chores and meal prep.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Flexible to cover either morning, afternoon, or both shifts.
**Note:** We are open to hiring different individuals for the morning and afternoon shifts if needed.
