We got a two-bed apartment, and our living space will be organized with a crib and play area (any suggestions are appreciated).
1. We expect you to do positive interaction and make him interested in the learning-based games/toys. English is preferred as the communication language.
2. No cultural binding (at least at this age). We are from South Asia, but we want him to grow up as friendly as you :)
3. No cooking is necessary for the baby’s lunch, but the morning and evening snacks need to be prepare, for example, peeling and chopping fruits
4. Changing diapers, but no shower is needed (he takes only from his Mom) but organizing the play area (if possible) while leaving for the day.
5. Taking him out to the nearest apartment playground, roughly twice in 6 hours.
7. Ring Camera covers our living space.
8. We will do a background check for which we will pay.
9. Should be vaccinated and has references.
10. CPR and First Aid certification is preferable

We are looking for someone who has experience with toddlers, CPR certified, and has reliable form of transportation/valid drivers license.
An ideal fit for our family would be someone that is friendly, communicative, organized, and can take initiative.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervision: Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
2. Meal Preparation: Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children.
3. Bathing and Dressing: Helping children with personal hygiene and dressing.
4. Educational Activities: Fostering learning through age appropriate activities.
5. Engagement: Organizing playtime, creative activities, and outings to stimulate the children.
Household Duties Related to Children
1. Tidying: Cleaning up toys, play areas, and children’s rooms.
2. Laundry: Washing and folding children’s clothes.
3. Organizing: Keeping children’s belongings organized
4. Restocking: Ensuring essential items like diapers, formula, or snacks are replenished.
Parental Support
1. Communication: Providing daily updates to parents about the children’s activities, behavior, and milestones.

I work from home so really just need help during my meetings Monday- Friday. I would estimate no more than 30 hours a week. Ideally spend time with them in the nursery, daily walks to park, age appropriate activities, keeping nursery tidy, feedings/diaper changes, bottle cleanings and occasionally laundry for babies.
Must have twins experience, CPR/ First Aid certified, vaccinations, clean driving record/reliable car and references.

We hope to find someone who is loving, patient, and playful who will care for our boys long term. We would like someone who can care for our boys in a developmentally appropriate way, including educational experiences for our toddler (learning letters, shapes, reading books, etc.). The nanny will prepare lunch and snacks for the children . Assistance with light cleaning (toys and meal messes) is appreciated. The baby requires being rocked to sleep.
We have a cat and dog in the home, neither of which will be the nanny’s responsibility. Both are fully house trained and safe with the children.
