A little bit about us
About Our Family:
• Luke (6) and Sienna (5) are both in school. Most mornings just involve helping get them ready and either walking or taking the golf cart to school right around the corner.
• Skyla (4) is potty trained, independent, and usually keeps herself entertained well while home during the day.
• Our 18-month-old will be your primary focus — feedings, naps, playtime, and general daytime care.
• Both parents work from home and are around throughout the day, so this is very much a supported environment where we can help as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Fridays only for now, approximately 7:30 AM to 2/3 PM
• Mondays and Fridays starting at the end of July when school resumes
• Someone dependable, patient, and good with young children
• Comfortable with light kid-related tasks like simple meals/snacks, naps, and playtime
• Comfortable working alongside parents who are home during the day
• Looking for someone long term who wants consistency and a good family fit
Overall, the role is much more centered around helping with the baby and keeping things running smoothly while we work, rather than independently managing all four kids.
If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to connect and learn more about you!
