We both have unpredictable work hours as medical residents.
He will be in daycare during the days. But we are looking for someone who could be available to help on the occasional evenings when we are stuck at work late. There may also be some days when day care is closed, or if he is sick, that we may need a full day of care.
In terms of payment, we are open to negotiating. We would be open to a nanny share. We are looking for someone who has a driver's license and a car to help with day care pickup.
