The care would entail watching/playing with Willow (7 months old) during the duration of the day, plus potentially some light house work during naps.
Additionally involve picking up/dropping off our three year old at daycare, which is a 5 minute walk away from our house.

Ideally, I would like to find someone who both our kids can grow up with. I would love to find someone who we can consistently rely on and the kids love!
A few things to note:
- Quentin loves to read! She will happily sit in a lap and read non-stop. I'd like to find someone who is comfortable reading aloud, and helping her start to pick up words and learning to read.
- Quentin also loves crafts. She's happy with pens/markers and endless paper, beads, paint, etc. I'd love someone with a flair for creativity who can interact and help her craft anything in her imagination.
- The person we hire should be comfortable managing two kids alone.
- We do have a dog (maybe not ideal for anyone who is allergic), but he will be outside or in our basement and not out with everyone.
- Our house is 4 stories, and there are quite a few flights of stairs. With a 3-year old, there a lot of opportunities to visit all the floors.
- We value outside/creative time over screen time. There's definitely a time and place for screen time, but I'm not looking to just stick the kids in front of the TV while we're gone.
