Her kids are well behaved and she treated me amazing. I also learned a lot while working for Brynn that I wouldn’t have learned from just any job. The job requires picking kids up from school, making dinner occasionally (the kids would help me with this), taking the kids to piano or soccer, and just tidying up the house. This just consisted of doing the dishes and cleaning the kitchen area. Some days I would play more with the kids, and other days I would do more cleaning, but it’s really good to have a balance between cleaning and playing with the kids. We our a pretty flexible family which means we also need a reliable yet flexible nanny as well. We own and operate our own business therefore our needs fluctuate typically speaking we need a nanny one-two times each week primarily for bedtime routine and light housekeeping, between the hours of 5-11p. Occasionally there is a need for Day time or even all day assistance, this is contingent on business trainings and seminar events. We need your ability to transport our 4 year old to and from his outdoor program (9:30 to 12:30) every week as well. If the program is not happening for the day of care, finding an engaging activity (hike, park, bike ride, library trip, etc) will need to be integrated into the day.
Neither kiddo naps usually, both kiddos are potty capable, but there may be the occasional small accident that they usually solve themselves.
You will need to make a simple lunch for them each time you are with us.
You will also need to let the dog out periodically during the day, but she will likely just sleep (she is a senior dog).
